Hello Hello! I have another new project and blog hop for you today! I am hopping along with the rest of the DT from Scrapping Wonders…if you have never heard of Beth’s shop and her amazing travelers notebook inserts be sure to hop along for some fun, artisitc inspiration! ( and then, when you need one of these gorgoues books for yourself…you can grabone right here…HERE)
We have a wonderful sponser this month..Columbus Road Prints! She makes the perfect decor injust the right sizes for you Travelers NOtebooks ( You can find her shop HERE ) She provided the Design Team with some super cute stickers and cards to play with!
For my project, I chose to work in my watercolor insert which I use as an art journal. I received a set of coffee – themed stickers in gorgeous shades of brown and a lovely purpley color!
My background was created using a variety of Distress Inks and multiple stamps from my stash!
I love the effect I got when I paired Distress reinker in Vintage Photo with the brand new Distress Oxides in Seedless Preserves…such a fun effect and perfect for my coffee stickers and photo..
I hope you have enjoyed my art journal spread today! Be sure to check out the process video on my You Tube Channel which will be up later today!
As part of this hop, we are playing a little game of 2 truths and a lie…
Take a guess as to which statement below might be a little less then the truth and leave a comment with it below for a chance to win an exclusive insert from the shop
- I am the oldest of seven children
- I own 3 dogs
- The sky is green
And here is you blog line-up so you can hop along…
From here you are off to visit my scrappy bestie Khristina !

I love your spread Sara!! I love how you used tons of browns and embraced that. I always have such a hard time using browns on my spreads. I love all the texture you added to your spread too.

Well, I don’t believe the sky should be green. I love the techniques used here and how it looks like spilled coffee. I created this look accidentally once with real coffee…lol!
