Hello Hello! Welcome to my stop on the blog hop this month! You simply MUST check out the new releases in the shop if you havent…cause *swoon*

I could not decide which sequins to work with first…so I let my photo be my guide. I chose a very recent photo that I just absolutely love of my youngest son with our golden, Molly. I chose to use Lisa’s Starry Night, lots of Shimmerz products (you can find them in the store HERE ), and the new Boys Fort collection from Pinkfresh Studio.

I love how my background turned out using the textured AC cardstock from the shop…It gave my brush strokes a little extra texture that I just love!…Check out this close-up!

So cool!

And I have a very special guest blogger joining me for this hop! Say hello to fellow sparkler Raquel Anderson! And if you are on IG and love scrappy posts, be sure to follow her there too..she is @crazytapelady Take it away Raquel!

Hey everyone! Today I’m a guest on Sara’s blog to share with you my take on this month’s Artsy theme! I used the Tar Tar Acritonez to make a mixed media background, which I haven’t done in a while and it was fun! I scattered the Ferris Wheel sequin mix around as well as added it to the little shaker pockets I made with a special Fuse envelope pocket set.

So fun! I also stuffed in some gold stars sequins because who doesn’t love gold sequins?!  I added some of the Acritonez to a white felt heart to give it more of an artsy look! And of course scattered some cork stars around for added texture. I love how all the elements go with the whimsy of the Carousel collection!
